Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Research

Our research focuses on developing nanoscale surface engineering technology with combining
electrical engineering, physics, chemistry, and materials science.
We use this technology to push the envelope of what is possible with biomimetic architecture and electrical/photonic
devices, focusing in particular on the next-generation transistor and display devices.
